AMGILL (PRIVATE) LIMITED was incorporated and registered with the Registrar Joint Stock Companies Lahore (now SECP) in 1977. Mr. Amin Gill is the founder of the Company  M.S. Entomology (ILL. U.S.A.).

Immediately upon incorporation we were appointed as the exclusive agents of M/s. Rohm and Haas Company, Philadelphia, U.S.A. for promotion and sale of their agricultural chemicals in Pakistan. At the same time we were also appointed as one of the eleven distributors of Punjab, Sind and  KPK for the sale of pesticides to the farmers.

Furthermore, In 1979 we were also appointed as exclusive agents of M/s. FMC International, U.S.A. for the sale of their agricultural chemicals in Pakistan.  The Plant was completed and went into production in 1980.

We are proud to call ourselves as the pioneers of the Granule Formulation in Pakistan and have formulated granular pesticides for almost all multi-national as well as leading national companies dealing in pesticides in Pakistan. Our Formulation Plant has been quoted and awarded as the Best Granule Formulation Plant in Pakistan in 2015 by the Ministry of Food & Agriculture Department of Plant Protection, Karachi, Pakistan.
